New Members will use the "Application Check off" form as guide to ensure requirements are completed or in work. New Members will retain at least at copy of any completed documents that have been filed with a date filed endorsed on them. 

ALL COMPLETED DOCUMENTS MUST BE RETAINED FOR ACCOUNTABILITY AND RETAINED IN THEIR PERSONNEL FOLDER
